Say hello to the Idaho Etsy Team's featured seller of the week, Three Cat Limit! Read on to learn more about Jerimi and get a sneak peak into her shop!
What is your shop name and what is the significance?
Three Cat Limit. The shop name is kind of tongue-in-cheek. When I adopted my first cat, Shivers, I swore I wouldn't "collect" cats. I had a firm one cat limit. Then Maggie showed up on my doorstep a year later. I couldn't find a home for her anywhere, so she was my two cat limit. Well, four years later Jayne came into our lives, and my husband and I were adamant that there be no more after him. We had a solid, absolute, cast-in-stone "three cat limit."
Then my husband met Oswald. :P We joke that Oswald doesn't count, because he's really Jayne's pet.
So the name of my shop is a running joke with my friends and I.

What do you love about Idaho?
The wildlife, and being able to get away from all the noise so I can hear myself think. I especially love fishing and bird watching.
Name one thing you would suggest people do when they come to visit the state?
Tell us a random fact about yourself.
I hate the feeling of cold flour on my hands. It makes my skin crawl.
What do you do to relax?
I work in the yard like a maniac. It's a rental, but I go kind of crazy if I don't do something in the garden on a regular basis.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?
England. I'd like to visit England in part because I have family there. I've never met them, and don't know much about them. I think it would be really fascinating to have that relationship.
Plus, there's the little matter of blue phone boxes to pose next to!

Currently, what is your favorite shop item?
How did you become interested in your craft?
My mom started hauling me around the country to craft shows when I was 3 so there's never been a time when it wasn't a part of my life.
What do you enjoy about the creative process?
I love the energy and anticipation right before I begin a project.
Any suggestions for those interested in selling their handmade items or vintage finds?
Put some time into it. Research shops that sell items similar to yours, read the handbook, read everything you can get your hands on that's relevant.
Thank you Jerimi for taking the time to let us get to know you a bit better! I highly encourage you to check out Jerimi's shop HERE to see more!
